Week Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion name

The promotion is called BAM Week. BAM stands for Bring-a-Mate Week.

The promoter is responsible for conducting the promotion.

3. Promotional period

The promotion starts at 12:01am ACST on Wednesday 24 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ACST on Tuesday 30 July 2026. Entries received before or after the promotional period will not be eligible. 

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to current Aleenta members and current Aleenta pass holders who are Australian residents and aged 18 years or over.

To be eligible, entrants must:

• have an active Aleenta account during the promotional period;

• use the Aleenta Refer & Earn feature to invite a friend;

• ensure their referred friend books and attends an eligible Aleenta class during the promotional period; and

• comply with these terms and conditions.

Employees, contractors, directors, officers and immediate family members of the promoter, its related entities and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.

5. Referred friend eligibility

A referred friend must:

• be new to Aleenta or otherwise eligible to be referred through the Aleenta Refer & Earn feature;

• book and attend an eligible Aleenta class during the promotional period;

• comply with Aleenta’s booking, cancellation, studio and safety policies; and

• be medically fit to participate in the class they book.

A referred friend cannot be a duplicate account, fake account, existing ineligible customer or person referred in breach of Aleenta’s referral terms.

6. How to enter

To enter, an eligible Aleenta member or pass holder must:

1. Open the Aleenta app;

2. Use the Refer & Earn feature to invite a friend;

3. Have that referred friend book and attend an eligible Aleenta class between 24–30 July 2026.

Each eligible referred friend who attends a class during the promotional period will give the referring Aleenta member or pass holder one entry into the prize draw for the day the referred friend attends class.

For example, if a referred friend attends class on 27 July 2026, the referring Aleenta member or pass holder will receive one entry into the 27 July prize draw.

7. Entry limits

Entrants may receive multiple entries during the promotional period. Each eligible referred friend attendance equals one entry into the relevant daily prize draw. A referred friend may only generate one entry per referring member during the promotional period unless otherwise determined by the promoter. Entries are not transferable. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete or manipulated entries will be deemed invalid.

8. Cost of entry

Entry into the promotion is free. Standard Aleenta class fees, pass fees, membership fees or other booking costs may apply to attend classes. No additional fee is charged to enter the promotion.

Any cost associated with accessing the Aleenta app, mobile data, internet access or attending a studio is the responsibility of the entrant or referred friend.

9. Participating studios

The promotion applies to eligible classes attended at all Aleenta studios during the promotional period.

The Miss Gilmore van activation on 25 July 2026 applies to the Magill Rd studio only. Free drinks and freebies on 25 July 2026 are available after eligible classes for attendees only at all  participating studios, while stocks last.

Total prize pool

Prize values are correct at the time of publication and are based on the recommended retail value supplied by the promoter or prize suppliers.

11. Prize conditions

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. Aleenta Credits may only be used toward eligible Aleenta products or services and are subject to Aleenta’s standard credit, pass, booking and expiry terms. Prize colours, sizes, flavours, variants or styles may be subject to availability. Where a prize or prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory approval required. Prize suppliers may apply additional terms and conditions to the use of prizes. The promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with accepting or using a prize, including travel, transport, parking, data, booking costs, personal expenses or any other ancillary costs.

12. Daily prize draws

There will be one prize draw for each day of BAM Week. Each daily draw will include eligible entries received for referred friend attendances on that calendar day.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for the relevant daily draw.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

13. Winner notification

Winners will be notified in writing by email, SMS, phone or in-app message within seven days of the relevant draw. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of eligibility and any information reasonably required to deliver or arrange collection of the prize.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

14. Publication of winners

Where required by law, winners’ details will be published on Aleenta’s website, social media channels, in-studio signage or another location determined by the promoter. Published details may include the winner’s first initial, surname and postcode, where required. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the promoter using their name, image, likeness, social media handle, testimonial or general participation details for promotional purposes related to BAM Week, without further payment, unless the entrant advises the promoter otherwise.

15. Redraws and unclaimed prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, or if a winner is deemed ineligible, a redraw may take place at Aleenta Magill Road on 7 August.

Redraw winners will be notified in writing within seven days of the redraw.

The promoter will take reasonable steps to award all prizes.

16. Verification and disqualification

The promoter may verify the validity of entries, entrants and referred friend attendances at any time.

The promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms;

• tampers with or manipulates the entry process;

• creates or uses fake, duplicate or misleading accounts;

• engages in fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate conduct;

• breaches Aleenta’s studio, membership, referral or booking terms; or

• acts in a way that may damage the reputation or goodwill of the promoter.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoter’s discretion.

17. Class attendance and safety

Participation in Aleenta classes is subject to Aleenta’s standard booking, cancellation, studio, health and safety policies.

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

Participants should seek medical advice before attending class if they have any health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant or are returning to exercise after a break.

Aleenta teachers may provide general guidance, but participation is at the individual’s own risk, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

18. Free drinks and freebies on 25 July

On 25 July 2026, free drinks and freebies will be available after eligible classes at participating Aleenta studios.

These items are available while stocks last and may vary by studio.

The Miss Gilmore van will visit the Magill Rd studio only, unless otherwise advised by the promoter.

Free drinks and freebies are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reserved, transferred or exchanged.

The promoter may change, substitute, limit or withdraw free drink and freebie items if required due to availability, safety, supplier issues, operational reasons or circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.

19. Prize supplier terms

Some prizes are provided by third-party suppliers.

The promoter is not responsible for any act, omission, delay or failure by a third-party prize supplier, except to the extent required by law.

Prize supplier names, logos or marks are used for identification of the prize only. Unless stated otherwise, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those suppliers.

20. Changes to the promotion

If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, app issues, studio closures, illness, safety risks, supplier issues, government restrictions, natural disaster or other unforeseen events, the promoter may modify, suspend, cancel or recommence the promotion, subject to any required regulatory approval.

The promoter will not make changes that are unfair to entrants, unless required by law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

21. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or other rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be limited, excluded or modified.

Subject to those rights, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion, participation in a class, attendance at a studio, use of a prize, technical issues, lost entries, delayed communications or any event beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.

22. Privacy

The promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, award prizes and promote Aleenta products and services.

Personal information may be disclosed to the promoter’s employees, contractors, related entities, service providers, prize suppliers and regulators where necessary to conduct the promotion or comply with legal obligations.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with these terms and Aleenta’s Privacy Policy.

23. Marketing communications

By participating in the promotion, entrants and referred friends may receive service-related communications about the promotion.

Entrants and referred friends may also receive marketing communications from Aleenta where they have opted in or where permitted by law.

Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function or contacting Aleenta.

24. Social media

The promotion may be advertised on social media.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform.

Entrants release those platforms from any liability arising from or in connection with the promotion.

Any content shared by entrants must not be offensive, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

The promoter may remove, hide or report content that it considers inappropriate.

25. General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

The promoter reserves the right to interpret these terms and resolve any disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.

26. Licence or permit details

No SA trade promotion licence is required as the total prize pool does not exceed the applicable licensing threshold.
