Spend + Earn Terms & Conditions 2026
1. Who is running the promotion?

2. Sale dates
The 10+5 Class Pack is available for purchase from 9:00am ACST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 until 11:59pm ACST on Thursday 27 August 2026 ("the Sale Period"). All times stated in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Central Standard Time unless otherwise stated.
3. Pack price and inclusions
The 10+5 Class Pack costs $319 and includes 15 classes in total (10 paid classes plus 5 free classes). Multiple 10+5 Class Packs may be purchased by the same customer during the Sale Period.
4. Expiry
The 10+5 Class Pack expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
5. Extending expiry
An extension of up to 6 weeks may be granted at a cost of $10 per week, if requested by emailing hello@aleenta.clubbefore the pack's expiry date. Extensions requested after the expiry date will not be honoured.
6.Medical extensions
Where a customer is unable to use their pack within the expiry period due to a medical reason, Aleenta may grant an extension on presentation of a written letter from a medical professional. Aleenta will consider such requests on a case by case basis, acting reasonably.
7. Where the Pack can be used
The 10+5 Class Pack can be used to book any Studio class at any participating Aleenta Health Club studio. It is not valid for use on Teacher Trainee classes, events or workshops.
8. Combining with other offers
The 10+5 Class Pack cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount or voucher, and discounts cannot be applied toward the purchase of this Pack. It may be combined with the Membership Sign Up + Earn offer.
9. Transferability
The 10+5 Class Pack is not shareable or transferable between customers.
10. Personal information
Aleenta collects and uses customer personal information to process purchases, manage bookings, and administer this offer, in accordance with Aleenta's Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aleenta is not responsible for loss or inability to use the Pack caused by circumstances outside Aleenta's reasonable control, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or a customer's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to this offer
Aleenta may change, suspend or end this offer where required by law or where circumstances outside Aleenta's reasonable control make it impracticable to continue. Where reasonably possible, Aleenta will honour Packs validly purchased before any change.
13. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, subject to any mandatory laws applying in Victoria or another jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Acceptance
By purchasing a 10+5 Class Pack, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer dates
This offer is available for new memberships purchased between 9:00am ACST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and 11:59pm ACST on Thursday 27 August 2026 ("the Sale Period"). All times stated in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Central Standard Time unless otherwise stated.
3. Eligibility
This offer is available to new memberships only. It applies to 3-month lock-in memberships only, being the 1 Class, 2 Classes, 3 Classes or Unlimited weekly 3 month minimum term subscription memberships. A minimum of 13 payments applies to all memberships taken up under this offer. Early exit fees will apply if the membership contract is broken before the 13th payment, as per the membership contract agreement signed at the time of purchase.
Members cannot cancel and re-purchase a membership in order to receive further Money Credits under this offer. Any such cancellation and re-purchase will not be treated as a new membership for the purposes of this offer, and early exit fees will apply as per the original membership contract agreement.
Membership upgrades within the sale period dates can receive the $50 money credit bonus. Membership downgrades within the sale period dates will not receive the $50 money credit bonus.
4. Money Credits
Eligible members will receive $50 in Aleenta Money Credit, issued to their Momence account. Money Credits expire 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
5. How Money Credits can be used
Money Credits can be used to:
(a) pay toward future membership payments, by emailing hello@aleenta.club to request this; or
(b) purchase retail products in-studio.
Money Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
6. Money Credit conditions
Money Credits cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another customer.
7. Combining with other offers
This offer can be combined with the 10+5 Class Pack. Multiple 10+5 Class Packs and a membership may be purchased at the same time.
8. Personal information
Aleenta collects and uses customer personal information to process membership sign ups, issue and manage Money Credits, and administer this offer, in accordance with Aleenta's Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aleenta is not responsible for loss or inability to use a Money Credit caused by circumstances outside Aleenta's reasonable control, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or a customer's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to this offer
