4. How to enter the Springboard Challenge

Registering for the Challenge starts your points tracking. The Sign Up ticket: (a) is an inactive ticket and does not provide access to classes; (b) does not deduct a class from an existing membership or pass; and (c) cannot be used to book a class.

There is no additional fee to enter the Challenge. You must have a valid Aleenta membership, class pack or casual class credit to attend classes during the Challenge Period.

The ordinary cost of attending Aleenta classes is not an entry fee for the promotion.

Aleenta studio classes attended during the Challenge Period count towards Springboard Challenge points. Unless Aleenta specifically says otherwise, the following do not count: (a) Teacher Trainee classes; (b) workshops; (c) special events; and (d) free, complimentary or promotional sessions.

You must book classes through Aleenta's normal booking process. Your attendance must be recorded in Aleenta's booking or check-in system for the class to count. A booking without attendance does not earn a point. Late cancellations and no-shows do not earn points. Standard Aleenta cancellation and no-show policies continue to apply throughout the Challenge Period.

7. How points are earned

Participants earn points during the Challenge Period as follows:

Classes Each eligible class attended = 1 point

Bonus points Complete 13 or more eligible classes during the Challenge Period = 5 bonus points Attend at least one Loaded class during the Challenge Period = 5 bonus points Review = 3 bonus points Follow Aleenta on Instagram and comment on an eligible Aleenta Instagram post during the Challenge Period = 3 bonus points

Each bonus can only be earned once per participant, regardless of how many times the relevant activity is completed.

Bonus points may be added after the Challenge ends once Aleenta has verified that the relevant requirement was completed.

Points cannot be transferred between participants.

8. Instagram bonus points

To receive the Instagram bonus points, the participant must during the Challenge Period: (a) follow the official Aleenta Instagram account; and (b) comment on any Aleenta Instagram post.

The participant must show evidence of the follow and comment to a teacher or front of house Aleenta team member before the relevant Challenge grid square can be ticked off. The participant may also be required to provide their Instagram username or other reasonable information so Aleenta can verify completion. Only one Instagram bonus of 3 points can be earned.

The Instagram bonus does not depend on what the participant says in their comment, provided the comment complies with applicable platform rules and is not offensive, misleading or inappropriate. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

8A. Review bonus points

To receive the Review bonus points, a teacher or front of house Aleenta team member must verify that the participant's review has been submitted on Google,  Facebook or Momence  before the relevant Challenge grid square can be ticked off.

9. Verification of points

Aleenta will calculate each participant's final points total after the Challenge Period. Class attendance will be verified in studio tracking against Momence booking and attendance records. Aleenta may reasonably request evidence that a participant completed a bonus activity.

If there is a discrepancy between a participant's own records and Aleenta's booking or attendance system, Aleenta will review the available information and determine the participant's points acting reasonably. Participants must not manipulate, falsify or attempt to artificially increase their points.

10. Prize eligibility

An Aleenta membership prize cannot be transferred to another person, converted to cash or exchanged for another Aleenta product unless Aleenta agrees otherwise in writing or is required to do so by law.

LSKD vouchers are subject to any reasonable terms, expiry dates or redemption conditions imposed by the voucher issuer. LSKD is not responsible for the conduct of the Springboard Challenge.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Aleenta's reasonable control, Aleenta may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

Five separate winners, one from each Studio, will first be drawn for the LSKD prizes from all eligible entrants who reached 20 or more points.

One winner will then be drawn for the Major Prize from all eligible entrants who reached 25 or more points. A participant who has already won a LSKD prize remains eligible for the Major Prize draw, and a participant who wins the Major Prize remains eligible for a LSKD prize, provided they meet the relevant points threshold for each.

14. Winner notification and publication

Where required by law, winner details will be published on Aleenta's website. Winner details may also be announced through Aleenta's social media channels.

By entering, participants agree that Aleenta may publish winner details to the extent required or permitted by law. Any promotional photography, video or testimonial participation requested from a winner is optional and is not a condition of receiving a prize.

15. If a winner cannot be contacted

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of the draw, Aleenta may conduct a redraw where permitted or required by law.

Any redraw will be conducted within 14 days after the expiry of the claim period and under the same conditions as the original draw. Any redraw winner will be contacted and, where required, published in the same way as the original winner.
