1. Who is running the Challenge?
The Summer Double-Up 2026–27 is run by The Trustee for ALEENTA BARRE RUNDLE STREET UNIT TRUST ABN 42 792 155 282, trading as Aleenta Health Club.
Our address is 421 Magill Road, St Morris SA 5068.
In these Terms and Conditions, we call ourselves Aleenta, we, us or our.
The Summer Double-Up is a participation challenge designed to encourage members to maintain a consistent movement routine over the summer period.
2. Challenge dates
The Summer Double-Up starts at 12:00am on Monday 14 December 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 24 January 2027.
We call this the Challenge Period.
All dates and times apply according to the local time of the participating Aleenta studio.
3. Registration period
Registration closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 20 December 2026.
Participants must register using the designated Summer Double-Up registration link or register in studio before registrations close.
Registration is free.
Participants who register after the Challenge begins may count eligible classes attended from 14 December 2026, provided they complete their registration by the closing date.
4. Who can participate?
You can participate if you are aged 18 years or over.
Aleenta employees, contractors and agents are not eligible to participate or receive the completion reward.
5. How to join
To participate, you must register for the Summer Double-Up using the registration method provided by Aleenta.
Registering for the Summer Double-Up does not provide access to classes or deduct a class from an existing membership or pass.
There is no additional fee to register. However, participants must have a valid Aleenta membership, class pack, casual class credit or Summer Pass to book and attend classes during the Challenge Period. ClassPass is not eligible to be used to participate in the Challenge.
6. Summer Pass
Participants without a suitable active membership or pass may purchase the Summer Pass for $250 (dates 14 Dec 2026 - 31 Jan 2027).
The Summer Pass includes 10 class credits and is valid until 31 January 2027.
Unused class credits will expire at the end of the validity period. No extensions will be provided unless required by law.
The Summer Pass is subject to Aleenta’s usual booking, cancellation and no-show conditions.
7. Participating studios
The participating Aleenta studios are:
(a) Magill Road, SA;
(b) Glenelg, SA;
(c) Rundle Street, SA;
(d) Mawson Lakes, SA; and
(e) Bourke Street, VIC.
Participants may attend eligible classes at any participating Aleenta studio.
8. Challenge requirements
To complete the Summer Double-Up, participants must have purchased the Free Sign Up Ticket and attend at least two eligible classes per week during five separate Challenge weeks.
The Challenge Period contains six weeks, giving participants one buffer week in which they are not required to complete two classes.
The Challenge weeks are:
- Week 1: 14–20 December 2026
- Week 2: 21–27 December 2026
- Week 3: 28 December 2026–3 January 2027
- Week 4: 4–10 January 2027
- Week 5: 11–17 January 2027
- Week 6: 18–24 January 2027
Participants must complete at least two eligible classes in five of these six weeks.
Completing 10 classes across the Challenge Period without completing at least two classes in five separate weeks will not meet the Challenge requirement.
Classes cannot be carried forward or transferred between weeks. For example, attending four classes in one week does not replace the requirement to attend two classes in another qualifying week.
9. Eligible classes
Scheduled Aleenta group classes attended at a participating studio during the Challenge Period count towards completion.
The following do not count:
(a) Teacher Trainee classes;
(b) workshops;
(c) special events;
(d) free, complimentary or promotional sessions, unless Aleenta confirms otherwise.
Participants must book classes through Aleenta’s usual booking process, and their attendance must be verified.
A booking without recorded attendance will not count. Late cancellations and no-shows do not count.
Aleenta’s standard booking, cancellation and no-show policies continue to apply during the Challenge Period.
10. Attendance verification
Aleenta will verify completion using the attendance records associated with each participant’s customer profile.
If there is a discrepancy between a participant’s personal records and Aleenta’s booking or attendance system, Aleenta will review the available information and determine eligibility acting reasonably.
Participants must not falsify, manipulate or attempt to artificially alter their attendance records.
11. Completion reward
Participants who successfully complete the Summer Double-Up requirements will receive $50 in Money Credits with a strict 30 day expiry date from date of receipt.
The Money Credits will be automatically applied to the participant’s customer profile within three days of Aleenta verifying that the participant has qualified for the reward.
The reward:
(a) is valid for 30 days from the date it is applied;
(b) must be used before its stated expiry date;
(c) is non-transferable;
(d) cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; and
(e) cannot be extended unless required by law.
The reward can only be applied to the customer profile used to register for and complete the Challenge.
Money Credits may be used towards retail and other in-studio purchases, or towards the purchase of a new Aleenta membership or pass. Participants who wish to apply their Money Credit towards payments on an existing active membership must email hello@aleenta.club within the credit’s 30-day validity period so Aleenta can arrange this on their behalf.
12. Disqualification
Aleenta may disqualify a participant if it reasonably believes that the participant:
(a) provided false or misleading information;
(b) falsified or attempted to manipulate attendance records;
(c) acted dishonestly;
(d) materially breached these Terms and Conditions; or
(e) engaged in conduct that unfairly interfered with the Challenge or other participants.
Aleenta will only disqualify a participant where it reasonably believes there is a valid basis for doing so.
13. Personal information
Aleenta collects and uses participants’ personal information to administer the Summer Double-Up.
This may include information required to:
(a) register participants;

These circumstances may include extended studio closures, significant technical failures, natural disasters, government directions or other events outside Aleenta’s reasonable control.
If a material change is required, Aleenta will take reasonable steps to notify participants.
Where reasonably possible and lawful, Aleenta will honour eligible attendance recorded before any change.
